Scented candles give me headaches. Do you have anything for me?
Yes!!! This is in fact one of the main reasons we started on our candle making journey. The primary driver of candle headaches are phthalates, paraffin waxes, and scents that are obscenely strong. We mindfully craft all our products to be sure you can enjoy them regardless of how susceptible you are to headaches.
Are your wicks lead and zink free?
Yes, all our wicks are flat braided cotton with a paper core.
Do you offer custom or personalized candles?
While we won't customize the scents(due to the rigorous burn testing each scent formulation has to go through), we'd be honored to be part of those special moments in your life and can customize labels for orders of 12 candles or more. Please reach out to us by email for customized orders.
What is the total burn time of the candle?
You'll generally get a burn time of 40 hours with good candle care
How do I properly care for my candles to maximize its lifespan?
We're working on building a complete candle care guide soon, but generally you should be trimming your wicks to 1/4 inch before every burn and ensuring you let the candle create a full melt pool every time you burn.
What is your return or exchange policy?
If you're product is damaged during shipping please reach out to us with pictures and your order number for a refund. Due to the nature of our products we can't returned or refunded used candles.
